Do you remember?

Last week when 2nd sis is still around, all of us have quite a long time chit chating...
in our conversations, we were talking about "do you remember last time.... "
and one very particular senario was I talked about sending my two little Nephews to child care 3-4 years ago....

Mum: Mei Ling, Do you remember last time you ride Leslie's bike to send Bryan to school arh?

of cos I remember the pain... those day when Ann and Leslie need to go work while I only study.. I have plenty of time child-minding them...

That was the first day I walk Bryan to child care, he was only 4-5 years old, that was a warm Winter day. He was very exciting in going to child care center (as he is a very socialable boy)... I estimate the time, it will took us around 30mins by walking to reach the child care center...

The first 10 mins, Bryan was jumping while walking... up and down... up and down... singing, talking, smiling...
Next 5 mins, Bryan was very quite.... no more jumping while walking...
another 5 mins... Bryan start to drag his foot while he walked.... and was quite too...
next 5 mins... he talk again, and the only questions he asked was "are we there yet ah yee"
the last 5 mins... he just stop at no where, ask me"ah yee, i can't walk anymore, can you carry me?"

That was the first day of walking Bryan to child care.

The next day, Leslie suggest me to send Bryan to child care with his mountain bike..to be honest, my biking skills is at beginners' beginner!!! I am very pleased that Leslie trusted me so much! haha...

ok, I didn't think there's any problem in riding a bike to child care at all! you bet it!!! it was the most exhausted exercise ever in the world, i would say! going up and down the hill, with over 10kg at the back, raining, windy, cold winter day... it was really a pain for me those day!!!

that's not the worst....

the worst part was when mum brought Caysen over from Malaysia....and now I got to bring TWO nephew to child care!!! tell me about it!!

solution?

me and mum put them into trolley, cover up with bit clear plastic and push them to child care at cold, rainny, windy winter! GUESS what?? the wheels of the trolley broken half way through...

Do I still remember the pain? no I don't, now what i can remember is sweet time i have with my two lovely nephew. Although sometime they really make you mad, but most of the time they are two sweetie pie for our family.
